Have you ever wondered why your candle burns straight down leaving wax on the sides?
It might be that you didn't take the time to set the burn 'memory' when you first lit your candle. It's really important that you allow enough time for the candle to melt all the way out to the edges on the first burn as this sets the burn memory for your candle. If you do this then you should get a nice even burn all the way to the bottom of your candle and avoid the dreaded tunneling effect that leaves you with lots of wax on the sides of your candle.
